Born: June 11, 1963 in Marietta, GA.

Graduated from Osborn High School in Marietta, Ga in 1982.

Graduated from Bob Jones University with a B.A in Missions and a minor in missions.

Graduated with a M.A. from Pensacola Theological Seminary in 2002.

In May 2006, David received an Honorary Doctorate (D.D.) from Antioch Baptist Bible College, Institute & Seminary in Marietta, Georgia.
