This work started on October 6th, 2007.
Church Property Dedicated
On Saturday, April 21th, 2007 we officially dedicated the new properties to the Lord. On that day we had the priviledge of having 22 of our sister churches from the state of Paraná and more than 170 men present. For phictures of this day, click here.

Building for New Church Painted and Sign Installed
During the week of August 12 thru the 16, 2007, we started getting the new church ready for our services. First we painted the outside. Then the next day our Brazilian Pastor Guto was so excited about painting the inside of the new church, that he arrived at the church at 6AM and painted until 4:30PM. Then he returned home and when to a discipleship with at new convert´s home at 5PM. On Friday we installed the sign of the front of the church building.
Building Rented to Hold Services for New Church in Londrina
On June 28, 2007, I signed the contract and rented the building for our next church. The provided the rent for one year and this will be a big help in getting this church started and growing. See photos of the Rented Building

About Our New Work
On Saturday, October 6th, 2007 at 7PM we will begin our new congregation on the northside of Londrina. In October of 2004 we purchased three lots on a four lane road in a growing area of town. We purchased these lots with a vision to start our new church at that property.
One of my preacher boys, Guto Flak Moreira, will be the pastor of this work. He is a Brazilian and is a church planting missionary serving with the Fundamental Brazilian Baptist Mission. I will be helping at this work about once a week.
Prayer Requests for this work:
1. Pray for Pr. Guto and his wife Marcia as they raise
support among Brazilian churches.
2. Pray as we make contacts in the area and start holding one-on one discipleships.
3. Pray for the growth of this work.
4. Pray for the inauguration on Oct. 6, 2007.

1. Chairs $2,000.00 - PTL -received in February 2007!100 Chairs were purchased on April 10, 2007. Praise the Lord!

4. Advertisement $ 2,000.00 Received August 2007. 46,000 fliers have been printed up - September 23, 2007.
5. Sign for building $ 500.00 Installed on July 13, 2007
6. Sound equipment. $ 800.00
7. Retroprojector $ 300.00
8. Bibles. We received $1,000.00 for Bibles in September 2007.
